Operator and privacy contact
ResuGen is operated by Mirai Juku. Privacy and data-protection inquiries should be sent to info@resugen.net.
Under Article 31 of the Personal Information Protection Act, a separate privacy officer does not need to be designated when the operator qualifies as a small business under the Small Enterprise Basic Act. For this sole proprietorship, the operator handles privacy-protection duties directly. The operator's individual name and telephone number are not published on this page without separate owner approval.
What ResuGen processes today
The current editor holds resume details in the open page's application state so it can show the preview and generate a PDF in your browser. The reviewed source contains no resume-save endpoint, database write, or browser-storage persistence. Leaving or reloading the editor can discard a draft. Do not enter information you are not comfortable using in the current browser session.
The current source does not send resume fields to ResuGen for server storage or to an AI provider. Claude-powered job tailoring and multilingual suggestions are planned, not available.
The Contact page provides a mailto link only. ResuGen does not host an on-site contact form, and the reviewed source does not store contact submissions in a ResuGen database.
Authentication
Google sign-in and account sessions are disabled during the public beta. The auth provider, sign-in, callback, and session endpoints return 503, and the Google provider is not initialized. Resume editing, preview, and PDF export remain anonymous and require no account. The application does not receive Google account data for this workflow.
Hosting, request metadata, and processors
Vercel hosts the public site on the Hobby plan. The project's serverless functions run in the iad1 region (Washington, D.C., USA). Vercel processes standard request metadata needed to deliver the site, such as the requested path, HTTP method, status code, host, user agent, client IP, request ID, and related delivery and security information.
On the Hobby plan, Vercel runtime logs are retained for about one hour. This project has no configured Vercel log drains and no connected Vercel storage resources. The reviewed source contains no payment integration and no active analytics or ad-serving script.
Email to info@resugen.net is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare may process routing metadata such as sender, recipient address, routing action, and authentication results. The destination mailbox provider for forwarded messages has not been independently verified in this review.
Because hosting and email routing use providers that may process data outside South Korea, including in the United States, some technical metadata may be processed overseas while the public beta is running. ResuGen does not sell personal information and does not use resume editor content for advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
The reviewed public-beta source does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or a ResuGen account session cookie while Google sign-in is disabled. Your browser may still store ordinary site data needed to load pages. If Google sign-in is re-enabled in a future release, authentication cookies and related session handling may be introduced and this page will be updated.
Retention and your choices
Resume drafts exist only in the open editor page. The reviewed application code does not send them to ResuGen servers or persist them in browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page can discard a draft; PDF export runs in the browser.
For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email info@resugen.net from the address you want us to recognize, describe the request, and include enough detail for the operator to locate the relevant communication. Because the current editor does not save resume drafts on ResuGen servers, deletion requests for unsent editor drafts are generally satisfied by closing or reloading the editor page.
No private or residential address is published here. Publication of the operator's individual name or telephone number still requires separate owner approval.
